Shipping & Delivery Policy

A digital service — nothing is shipped

BizOneFlow is a cloud software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses. Everything is delivered online, through your web browser or the installable app on your phone.

When you get access

• Online payment (UPI, card, netbanking): your workspace is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes.
• Bank transfer or other manual payment: we activate your plan within one working day of receiving the payment.
• You receive access at the email address you signed up with. There is nothing to download or install.

If access isn't activated

If you have paid and your workspace is still locked after the time above, write to support@bizdesk.app with your registered email and payment reference, and we'll activate it or refund the payment. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

BizOneFlow is managed by Blackcrest. Surat, Gujarat, India.
