About BizOneFlow

BizOneFlow is business software for Indian agencies, freelancers and small service businesses. It brings the things that usually live in separate places — your lead sheet, WhatsApp follow-ups, quotations, GST invoices, payments, tasks, meetings and client approvals — into one workspace.

What we do

• A CRM and sales pipeline to manage the leads you capture — from your own forms, website, ads, WhatsApp and referrals.
• Quotations, GST invoices and payment tracking.
• WhatsApp follow-ups through your own WATI account, meeting-booking links, reminders and automations.
• An agency client hub with content calendars and one-tap client approvals.

What we do not do

We do not sell leads. BizOneFlow does not sell, supply or share lead lists, phone numbers or customer data, and it is not a marketplace for them. Each business's workspace is private to that business, and the leads in it are the ones that business collected itself.

Who runs it
